Lacrosse Training

Welcome to COG Lacrosse Training

At COG, we are dedicated to nurturing the next generation of officials while also providing seasoned professionals with the tools they need to excel in their roles. Our comprehensive training sessions are designed to equip participants with essential skills, in-depth knowledge, and the confidence required to perform at their best.

Learn from knowledgeable veteran instructors who bring decades of experience in officiating. Our trainers have officiated at various levels and understand the nuances of the game inside and out. Their insights will provide you with practical knowledge that you can apply directly in your role as an official.

Our training sessions are conducted in person, allowing for interactive learning experiences. Engage in hands-on exercises, real-time feedback, and group discussions that promote collaboration and deeper understanding of officiating principles.

Our curriculum covers a wide range of topics, including game rules, effective communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making strategies. Participants will leave our sessions with a solid foundation in officiating and the confidence to handle any situation that arises on the field or court.

Connect with fellow officials and build a supportive network within the officiating community. Share experiences, discuss challenges, and form lasting relationships that will benefit your career in officiating.

Whether you’re taking your first steps as an official or looking to sharpen your skills, COG’s training program is here to help you succeed. Explore our upcoming training sessions below.
